• Experience in a professional services firm with knowledge of private client and partnership tax.
• Ability to translate complex tax messages for clients.
• Capacity to consider the client’s overall landscape beyond technical work.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering work to clients in line with agreed timelines and budgets.
• Managing a client portfolio and reviewing the work of junior team members.
• Liaising with other service lines to deliver work to clients (Accounts & Corporate Tax).
• Monitoring WIP and drafting fee notes.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for new work.
• Developing the more junior team including providing timely feedback and development.
