AAB, a leading professional services firm, invites applications for the Private Client Tax Advisory Manager/Senior Manager role in Leeds. Lead client projects, provide strategic tax advisory, and mentor a team within a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Role focuses on Inheritance Tax, Trusts, Estates, and succession planning while developing business opportunities and maintaining long-standing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional tax qualification (e.g. CA, ATT, CTA, STEP or similar)
• Knowledge of Irish Capital Taxes (CGT, CAT) and interaction with UK taxes desirable
• Expertise in advisory work
• Track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience of managing a team
• Use of tax software
• Ability to undertake independent technical research, preferably using Tolleys Guidance/ Library

Responsabilités

• Oversee and lead client projects with challenging technical advice
• Manage and build client relationships
• Deliver strategic advisory services across private client
• Be part of the management team meeting internal and external targets
• Progress opportunities to promote the business and secure new work
• Be a go-to technical expert in private client areas such as Inheritance Tax, Trusts, Estates, succession planning
• Review and sign off complex Self Assessment Tax Returns
• Liaise with external advisors to deliver high level tax advice
• Share technical expertise with staff and wider market
• Develop and deliver internal training and knowledge sharing
