Titan Wealth is expanding its Private Client team in Basingstoke and seeks a proactive Client Support Administrator. You will support Financial Advisers, help manage client reviews, and ensure records are accurate across IO and provider platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months IFA administration experience
• Regulatory or financial industry experience desirable
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Methodical and organised with attention to detail
• Proficient with computers
• Knowledge of the advice process
• Willingness to learn and develop

Responsibilities

• Prepare for client reviews with Advisers and manage related documentation
• Ensure client and plan information is up to date in IO
• Update contributions and withdrawals using provider history
• Collect missing policy information and upload to IO
• Validate funds and ensure price feeds drive accurate plan values
• Check income expectations across client plans and update as needed
• Collate costs and charges information for client plans
• Create and check client valuation reports using standard IO templates
• Produce client letters and OneNote packs as requested
• Handle day-to-day client and provider enquiries by phone and email
