Titan Wealth Group is recruiting a proactive Client Support Administrator for our Private Client team in Basingstoke. You will support Financial Advisers, manage end-to-end client journey, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

The role involves liaising with advisers, providers and clients, preparing client reviews, and processing new business in a fast-paced wealth management environment with hybrid office-based work.

Qualifications

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Methodical and organised work style.
• Computer literate with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the advice process is desirable.
• Minimum 12 months IFA administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for client reviews with advisers; update client and plan information.
• Manage provider information and IO entries; chase for missing data.
• Process new business submissions and liaise with providers.
• Maintain accurate client records and communications with clients and advisers.
