Titan Wealth Holdings Limited is hiring a proactive Client Support Administrator in Basingstoke. You will support Financial Advisers, manage the end-to-end client journey, and ensure data accuracy across client records and provider information.

This is a hybrid role with career growth in a fast-growing wealth management business. Ideal candidates will have IFA administration experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset, with a keen eye for detail and continuous development

Qualifications

• In-house IFA administration experience supporting an adviser.
• Desirable regulatory/financial industry exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Methodical and well organised.
• Proficient with computers and data accuracy.
• Understanding of the advice process.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisers in preparing for client reviews and keep client data up to date.
• Request and upload plan information from providers and ensure timely delivery for meetings.
• Update contributions/withdrawals and link plan transfers in IO.
• Validate funds, balances and price feeds to produce accurate plan valuations.
• Produce client valuation reports and related documents.
• Support with new business processing and provider liaison.
