Job summary

Private Client Law Firm seeks a solicitor to join the Private Client department and manage client matters from triage through to solution delivery. You will advise on wills, IHT, trusts and probate, while supporting marketing and business development to raise awareness of the services offered by the firm.

The role is suitable for a qualified solicitor or CILEX with 1–5 years PQE, demanding strong organisation and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor / CILEX with 1-5 years PQE in Private Client.
• Highly organised and able to keep all systems updated.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to use your own initiative to prioritise appropriately.
• Approachable, friendly, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing and new clients from initial triage and be their point of contact throughout.
• Advise on Wills, IHT, Trusts and probate matters and related Private Client services.
• Undertake networking, BD and other firm-wide initiatives to attract new clients.
