Job summary

Service Care is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our reputable law firm in Shirley. With 3-5 years PQE, you will manage a diverse portfolio of private client matters and deliver high-quality legal services to a broad range of clients.

You will handle wills, estate planning, probate, and deputyship matters, drafting wills and powers of attorney, and advising executors and trustees. STEP qualification is preferable but not essential, and a competitive package with benefits

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PQE in private client law.
• Good knowledge of trusts, estate administration, wills, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection applications.
• Strong client management skills and attention to detail.
• STEP qualification is preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on wills, estate planning and related private client matters.
• Manage probate and estate administration from instruction to completion.
• Draft wills, trusts and powers of attorney; advise executors and beneficiaries.
• Assist with Court of Protection applications and deputyship matters.
