Job summary

Service Care Solutions is working in partnership with a well-established law firm, based in Shrewsbury, that is looking to appoint an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor to join its Private Client team. Hybrid working is offered, with a salary of £50,000 – £60,000 DOE.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law and will supervise a paralegal while handling a varied caseload and contributing to the team’s development.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Private Client law.
• Experience supervising junior staff.
• Commercially aware, organised and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to the Abergavenny office occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of Wills, Probate and wider Private Client matters from instruction through to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supervising and supporting a paralegal.
• Contributing to the continued development of the Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 3 or more years' PQE in Private Client law who is looking for a varied caseload, increased responsibility and the opportunity to supervise and support a paralegal.

Role: Wills and Probate Solicitor. Location: Shrewsbury – Hybrid Working. Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE.

Key Requirements

• Have experience or an interest in supervising junior members of staff.
• Be commercially aware, organised and able to work independently.
