Job summary

Sydney Mitchell Llp in Shirley is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This role involves advising clients on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious private client matters, including wills, estate planning, and trust creation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years PQE, CILEX or similar in Private Client Law within a UK law firm.
• Good knowledge of trusts, administration of estates, wills, and powers of attorney.
• Ability to manage a full, mixed caseload of private client matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on wills, estate planning and inheritance tax.
• Manage probate and estate administration from instruction through to completion.
• Draft wills, trusts, and other private client documentation.
