ENL Legal Recruitment is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ PQE for Nottinghamshire. The role focuses on wills, lasting power of attorney, trusts and capacity issues, with managing a personal caseload and contributing to department growth.

The successful candidate will handle client matters, support business development, and maintain thorough file and records management in line with firm policies. Nottinghamshire area, salary £40,000+ DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of private client experience with wills, LPAs and trusts.
• Ability to manage own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience using multiple admin and data systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own caseload.
• Work with the team to develop the department.
• Network and业务 development for workflows.
• Review and manage WIP and client financing for ongoing matters.
• Keep files organised and property updated per firm policies.
• Use DPS for all emails, letters, reports and correspondence.
• Utilise private client skills to perform tasks.
• Record calls, enquiries and requests and handle them appropriately.
