Eventus Legal in Southwell, Nottinghamshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to join a long-established firm. You will manage a varied private client caseload with support from experienced paralegals and legal assistants.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working within an office-based position, free local parking and clear opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• 3+ years PQE in private client
• Experience across wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, inheritance tax, trusts and estate administration
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
• Confidence handling complex estate administration matters

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
• Advising on and preparing wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Handling probate and estate administration matters, including complex estates
• Advising on inheritance tax planning
• Managing trust matters as part of the wider private client caseload
• Working closely with paralegals and legal assistants who will support the progression of files
