Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Nottinghamshire with 2+ PQE to join their team. You will manage your own caseload and help grow the department while delivering practical, client-focused legal services. The role involves handling wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and capacity issues, with expectations to develop business and maintain high standards of service across nationwide clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of legal experience in private client work.
• Experience with wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and capacity issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and progress matters to completion.
• Develop the department in collaboration with the team.
• Network and drive business development for workflows.
• Review WIP and client financing related to ongoing matters.
• Keep files organised and property updated per firm policies.
• Use DPS for emails, letters, reports and correspondence.
• Utilise PC skills to carry out tasks as required.
• Record and manage phone calls and inquiries.
