Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor in Nottinghamshire. The role involves handling wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts and capacity issues, while managing your own caseload and contributing to departmental growth.

You will network for new workflows, monitor WIP and client financing, keep files updated, and use DPS for all client communications and correspondence. At least 2 years of legal experience is expected.

Private Client Solicitor / 2+ PQE / Nottinghamshire / £40,000+ DOE / Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking to change firms? Well, you are in luck, this firm is currently looking for a highly ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

OVERVIEW

• The successful candidate will provide legal services to clients in relation to wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and capacity issues including deputyship.
• In addition to this your main responsibilities will include:
• Managing your own caseload.
• Working with the team the develop the department.
• Networking and business development for workflows.
• Reviewing and managing WIP and client financing in relation to ongoing matters.
• Keep files well organised and property updated in accordance with the firms' policies.
• Use DPS for all emails, letters, reports, and correspondence.
• Utilise PC skills as necessary to carry out the job tasks.
• Record phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

THE CANDIDATE

• The job will require someone who has a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities.
• You should also be able to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of legal experience, along with experience of using multiple systems, collating and analysing data as well as exemplary administration skills.
