Lets Recruit Limited is seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Ripley office of a respected East Midlands practice. You will manage a varied private client caseload and build strong client relationships while supporting the department with marketing and training initiatives.

The role requires 5–10 years PQE in Private Client matters, the ability to work independently, and a client-focused, proactive approach. Hybrid working options are available.

Competenze

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5–10 years PQE in Private Client matters.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experienced in managing workloads, meeting deadlines, and achieving billing targets.
• Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, methodical, accurate, and IT proficient.
• Empathetic, client-focused, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Good understanding of AML and GDPR requirements.
• Alignment with the firm’s ethos and heritage.
• Satisfactory DBS, credit, reference, and ID checks.

Mansioni

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPA, and Court of Protection.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external contacts.
• Support colleagues, Directors, and Heads of Department with marketing, training, and other initiatives.
• Supervise and assist junior staff, including recruitment and training.
• Use case management, billing, and financial systems effectively.
• Work flexibly to complete tasks and undertake other duties.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across the firm.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR requirements.
• Adhere to firm policies on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Safety, and AML.
