Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 1–3 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate.
• Able to handle and manage a full caseload.
• Proven track record of billing consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Probate - dealing with new enquiries, taking instructions, preparing inheritance tax forms, preparing administration accounts.
• Wills - dealing with new enquiries, preparing and drafting of wills, execution of wills.
• Lasting powers of attorney
