Job summary

GMP Recruitment is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor for a well-established law firm along the South Coast and Isle of Wight. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client law and the ability to manage a varied caseload with high standards of client care.

You will handle Wills, LPAs and estate administration, travel between mainland offices and the Isle of Wight as required, and contribute to a growing Private Client team with a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client law.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, LPAs and estate administration.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and deliver high client care.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; proactive and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Advising on Wills and preparing tailored documents.
• Advising on and preparing LPAs to plan for the future and protect clients' interests.
• Managing estate administration from instruction to completion and guiding executors and beneficiaries.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely progression of matters.
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth progress and regulatory compliance.
