Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom is helping a local practice recruit a Private Client Solicitor in Epsom. The role requires a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in private client work and offers a salary in the £45,000–£65,000 range (DOE).

The position is permanent with parking space and is based close to the train station. Typical hours are 8.45am to 5.00pm, with 28 days holiday and closure during the Christmas/New Year break.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in private client work.
• Qualified Solicitor with strong technical knowledge.
• Proactive and commercially aware with client-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents.
• Handle probate applications and estate administration.
• Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care.
• Maintain accurate files and regulatory compliance.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to new client referrals.
