Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is supporting a Manchester practice growing its Private Client team, handling wills, trusts, probate and estate administration for high-value matters. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and experienced fee earners to build your own caseload from day one.

The firm emphasises staff welfare and flexibility, offering part-time and remote-working options several days a week, with strong connections to local IFAs and funeral directors.

Qualifications

• Experience handling wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.
• Court of Protection experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complex/high-value estates.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad spectrum of Private Client matters.
• Develop your own caseload with guidance from the Managing Partner.
• Collaborate with colleagues and local professionals as needed.
