JAM Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a long-established regional law firm in Greater Manchester to recruit a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor specialising in wills, probate and estate administration.

You will manage a caseload under supervision, meeting clients at the office or at their homes, and progress probate applications while ensuring clear legal guidance and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with private client/wills experience.
• Solid understanding of wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload under supervision.
• Advise on lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Prepare legal documentation and submit probate applications.
• Meet clients at the office and at their homes or care settings; build long‑term client relationships.
