JMC Legal Recruitment is partnering with a respected regional firm in Haywards Heath to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ PQE. You will handle wills, trusts, probate and related matters for families and business owners, with autonomy and a supportive team beside you.

Qualifications

• 4+ PQE in private client matters (wills, probate and trusts).
• Strong grounding across wills, trusts, probate and tax planning.
• Confident communicator with ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Collaborative, professional, and ready to take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including wills and estate planning for families and business owners.
• Oversee probate and estate administration from start to finish.
• Provide advice on trusts and tax planning with commercial awareness.
• Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney and related documents.
• Develop long-term client relationships across the firm’s community network.
