Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom is helping a local practice recruit a Private Client Solicitor in Epsom. The role requires a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in private client work and offers a salary in the £45,000–£65,000 range (DOE).

The position is permanent with parking space and is based close to the train station. Typical hours are 8.45am to 5.00pm, with 28 days holiday and closure during the Christmas/New Year break.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join our client's local practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents.
• Handle probate applications and estate administration.
• Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and new client referrals.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
• A proactive, professional and commercially aware approach.
• An ability to build relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
