Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a local practice in Epsom. You will manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion, drafting wills, LPAs and other private client documents.

The role requires a solicitor with 3+ years PQE in private client work, strong technical knowledge, and excellent client care. Standard hours, parking, 28 days holidays and Christmas/New Year closure are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload.
• Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.

Working pattern: ideally 5 full days, however, could consider 4 days minimum or 5 shorter days
Standard Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join our client's local practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction to completion.
• Draft wills, LPAs and other private client documents.
• Handle probate applications and estate administration.
• Provide clear, professional advice and excellent client care.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You
