QED Legal's client in York is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or CILEX lawyer to join the team and own a varied caseload.

You will handle wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, tax and trusts with direct client contact and a focus on practical, compliant advice. You’ll also develop client relationships and support the wider practice in development and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Specialist experience in private client work including wills, probate and trusts.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong client-facing and regulatory compliance skills.

Aufgaben

• Draft and review legal documents for private clients.
• Investigate estate assets and liabilities.
• Prepare probate applications and HMRC submissions.
• Manage client relationships, file management, time recording and billing.
• Contribute to business development and support junior colleagues.
