Connect Legal Partners in Wales seeks a solicitor to handle a broad private client caseload with early client responsibility, focusing on probate, estate administration, and succession planning. You will prepare lasting powers of attorney, manage inheritance tax matters, and draft wills ranging from simple to complex, with emphasis on excellent client service and growth through business development.

Formación

• Newly qualified to 2 years PQE.
• Good communication and client service ethic.

A well established full service regional firm acting for businesses and private clients, with a focus on training and career progression.

The role

You will handle a broad private client caseload with early client responsibility. Work includes taxable and non taxable probate and estate administration, preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax and succession planning, and wills ranging from simple to complex.

What you will need

Newly qualified to 2 years PQE. You will need good communication, a strong client service ethic and a willingness to get involved in business development.
