Austen Lloyd Legal Recruitment is assisting a well-established Legal 500 firm in Cambridgeshire to hire an NQ Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive. You will work closely with partners on a broad range of private client matters and receive strong mentoring.

The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary (£40,000–£50,000), structured training, and clear progression toward qualification with a supportive, collegiate culture.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Private Client experience.
• Completed a seat or strong experience in Private Client work.
• Hybrid working and flexible hours offered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with partners and senior fee earners on a broad spectrum of private client matters.
• Draft wills and estate planning advice and manage probate matters.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families and handle trusts and tax matters.
• Assist Court of Protection/deputyship work and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

I'm working closely with a well-established Legal 500 firm in Cambridgeshire, known for its warm culture, excellent reputation, and progressive approach. The firm is now looking to welcome a talented NQ Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly and thriving Private Client department

The Role:

This is a varied and rewarding position that will see you working closely with experienced partners and senior fee earners on a broad spectrum of private client matters, including:

• Drafting wills and estate planning advice
• Probate and administration of estates
• Trusts and tax matters
• Court of Protection and deputyship work
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families

You’ll benefit from plenty of client contact and hands-on experience, within a supportive team that encourages growth and development
