Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ to 2 years PQE) with a genuine passion for private client law.
Technical Foundation: Experience or seats completed in wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
Client Care: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic, efficient approach to advising individuals and families.
Compliance & Practice: Methodical approach to drafting legal documentation, file management in line with SRA and Lexcel standards, and an appetite to contribute to firm marketing initiatives.
Base Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 dependent on experience and PQE level.
