Job summary

Un cabinet d'avocats accueillant et soutenant recherche un solicitor locum expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe des clients privés. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la gestion de dossiers variés liés aux testaments et à l'administration de la succession. Il devra faire preuve de flexibilité et de solides compétences en gestion de cas, avec un support administratif disponible. Le poste est à temps plein avec une option de travail hybride.

Private Client Solicitor – Locum 3+ PQE, Devon, £45 - £50 per hour, 1 month assignment. A welcoming and supportive law firm is seeking an experienced locum solicitor to join their private client team on a temporary basis. Job ref: 9953

OVERVIEW:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration, covering a range of complexities.

• The role demands flexibility, strong case management skills, and the ability to contribute effectively to a busy team.

• Secretarial support will be available as part of this position.

• The role is offered on full-time basis, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes some office attendance, particularly to sign wills and LPAs.

• Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE in private client law and demonstrable experience in this area.

• Candidates must be available to start immediately.
