Job summary

Redkite Solicitors in Carmarthen is seeking a skilled private client lawyer to join our Lifetime Planning team. You will advise on probate and estate administration, support high-net-worth clients, and help develop our Probate offering.

Qualifications

• Experience advising private clients on probate and lifetime planning.
• Ability to manage sensitive, personal-family matters with discretion.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking a proactive approach to understanding clients’ wider circumstances, identifying risks, needs and opportunities beyond the immediate legal instruction.
• Managing Probate and estate administration matters
• Supporting high-net-worth or complex estate work
• Building relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
• Helping develop and grow the wider Probate offering
• Playing an active role in networking and business development
