Job summary

eNL is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its Lifetime Planning team in Swansea. The role targets a Senior Solicitor or Director/Partner ready to take the next step, handling high-value private client matters, leading relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

You will advise on wills, trusts, LPA, IHT planning, estate administration, and complex estates while working with a progressive firm known for its South Wales market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in trusts, estate planning and estate administration.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and busy caseload.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
• STEP qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise a broad range of private client matters for high-net-worth individuals.
• Lead client relationships and develop junior lawyers within the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas on multidisciplinary matters.
