Zusammenfassung

Eventus Legal seeks a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1–5 years PQE for a permanent role in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Salary £45,000–£60,000 depending on experience, with 27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays. Hybrid working after onboarding, up to two remote days per week.

Full-time or part-time with a minimum of four days per week. Duties include probate and estate administration and advising on trusts, supporting elderly and vulnerable clients, and building lasting

Qualifikationen

• 1–5 years PQE in private client law
• Sound technical knowledge of private client matters
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
• Practical, personable, proactive approach and collaborative work style
• Experience advising on trusts and trust administration (preferred)
• Experience advising elderly clients; POA and Court of Protection exposure advantageous

Aufgaben

• Manage a varied probate and estate administration caseload with minimal supervision.
• Administer estates from straightforward to complex/high-value matters.
• Advise on trusts and assist with trust administration.
• Support elderly and vulnerable clients in managing their affairs.
• Build lasting relationships and provide clear, practical advice with high personal service.
