JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Paralegal for a Legal 500 ranked regional firm in the Southeast. You will work on wills, probate, trusts and estate administration, gaining hands-on exposure by supporting seasoned solicitors.

The role offers mentoring, a clear path to progression within the Private Client team, and hybrid/flexible working with bases at Redhill or Oxted, providing a supportive environment to develop technical skills.

Qualificações

• 1+ year Private Client experience across wills, probate, trusts or estate administration.
• Previous legal experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant is essential.
• Background in Private Client work across wills, probate, trusts or estate administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Able to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Client focused and commercially aware.
• Real interest in building a long-term career in Private Client.

Responsabilidades

• Wills and probate matters.
• Estate administration, including higher value and more complex estates.
• Trusts and associated tax work.
• Supporting matters for HNWI's and families.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Research and case preparation.
• Liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
• Assisting solicitors with running active matters.
