Clayton Legal in North Shields invites applications for a Private Client Solicitor to join an established team. You will manage a varied caseload including probate, wills, estate planning and trust work within a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Experience in private client and probate work.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage own caseload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to high-quality legal service and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload including probate applications and administration.
• Provide wills, estate planning and trust advice.
• Assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Advise on Inheritance Tax and succession planning.
• Draft wills and trust documents.
