Thblegal is actively seeking a Solicitor (PQE 4 years+) to join our very busy, hugely experienced and dynamic Private Client Team. You will handle your own wide and varied caseload of Private Client matters to include wills, probate and estate administration, trusts, lasting power of attorney and related tax issues, with Deputyship applications and Court of Protection experience also welcomed.

• PQE 4+ years in Private Client
• Experience handling a wide range of Private Client matters is essential

The Department is highly regarded and you will handle your own wide and varied caseload of Private Client matters to include:-

• Wills, Codicils, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and HMRC inheritance tax forms.
• Probate and Estate Administration.
• Deeds of Variation and advising on all related tax issues.
• Court of Protection, Probate and administration of Estates and Trusts.
• Deputyship Applications.
• Enduring Powers of Attorney.
