Michael Page Legal is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a busy Private Client team in Chelmsford. You will handle wills, trusts, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters for a broad client base.

You will work on a varied caseload with excellent client care, in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role offers a flexible hybrid working model and a competitive salary depending on experience.

• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Private Client work.

• Probate and Estate Administration.
• Inheritance Tax and related HMRC matters.
• Deeds of Variation and associated tax advice.
• Court of Protection matters.

Profile

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Private Client work.
• Have strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters.
• Possess excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Be commercially minded with an interest in business development and networking.
