Qualifications

• Ideally 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in Private Client law.
• Strong technical knowledge in trusts and tax is crucial.
• Experience with mentoring and supervising junior legal staff is desired.

Responsibilities

• Taking over an existing caseload including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and tax.
• Managing and advising on trusts and tax matters with confidence.
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.

Skills

Private Client Solicitor or CILEx

Strong technical knowledge, particularly trusts and tax

Confidence in managing a varied caseload

Experience mentoring others
