Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join its busy Private Client department in Cardiff. The role handles a broad range of private client matters for individuals and businesses.

You will work on wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, gifts and deeds of variation, lasting powers of attorney, and grants of probate, contributing to the firm’s strong local and national reputation.

Qualifications

• Ambitious Private Client Solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience handling a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and Court of Protection.
• Proficiency in preparing deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement, and lasting powers of attorney.

TSR Legal has recently been instructed to assist a well-regarded multi-office law firm as they look to strengthen their Private Client department with the appointment of an additional Private Client Solicitor based in Cardiff.

Our client has a fantastic reputation locally across its offices handling a broad range of private client matters.

Our client is looking to hire an ambitious a Private Client Solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience to join its Private Client department due to growth and expansion. The Private Client department handles a broad range of Private Client matters, acting on behalf of individuals as well as small and larger businesses. Our client offers exceptional Legal advice to clients both locally, nationally, and internationally with Tax & Estate Planning, Wills & Probate, Trusts, and Court of Protection matters.

As a Private Client Solicitor within the department, you will have hands-on experience in preparing deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement, preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney, obtaining grants of probate, estate planning as well as a range of other private client matters.
