Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 4+ PQE to join its busy Private Client department in Cardiff. The role handles a broad range of private client matters for individuals and businesses.

You will work on wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, gifts and deeds of variation, lasting powers of attorney, and grants of probate, contributing to the firm’s strong local and national reputation.

Qualifications

• Ambitious Private Client Solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience handling a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and Court of Protection.
• Proficiency in preparing deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement, and lasting powers of attorney.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in preparing deeds of variation, gifts and deeds of family arrangement.
• Preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Obtaining grants of probate and carrying out estate planning tasks.
