Job description

Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused solicitor to play a key role in providing expert legal services within a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Areas of Focus:

1. Wills drafting
2. Probate administration
3. Court of Protection / Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
4. Trust set up and administration

Duties will include:

1. Independently managing a varied caseload of private client matters.
2. Providing high-quality, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Work and Trusts.
3. Demonstrating a compassionate and sensitive approach when dealing with elderly or incapacitated clients.
4. Proactively networking and marketing to generate new business and enhance the firm's reputation.
5. Maintaining good billing records and meeting targets within the team.

Desired skills:

1. Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 1 years PQE +.
2. Business development and networking skills essential.
3. Proven track record of achieving targets.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
