Job summary

TSR Legal is working with an established law firm to appoint a Private Client Associate Solicitor to its Birmingham team. You will handle a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals, families and business owners across wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and tax planning.

Private Client Associate Solicitor

TSR Legal is currently working with an established and well-respected law firm that is looking to appoint a Private Client Associate Solicitor to its Birmingham team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who is looking for more than simply managing a caseload. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers, advise a quality client base and become involved in the continued development of a growing Private Client practice. The Opportunity

You will handle a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals, families and business owners across areas including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Wealth preservation and asset protection
• Supporting the development of existing and new client relationships

About You

The successful candidate is likely to be a UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 1 years' Private Client experience, although applications from candidates with a strong background at a slightly different level will be considered.

You should have:

• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Private Client matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach
