Job summary

Sunny Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Tenbury Wells to join a well-established law firm. You will handle wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and estates disputes, and potential residential conveyancing within a supportive, forward-thinking team.

The role offers a varied caseload and a friendly environment with on-site parking and full secretarial support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Solid knowledge of the full range of Private Client matters.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with care and confidence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, reliable, and approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Wills and advising on Estate Planning.
• Handling Probate applications and Estate administration.
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advising on Trusts and Estates disputes.
• Court of Protection matters.
• (Optional) Residential Conveyancing.

Location: Tenbury Wells

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

The Role Day‑to‑day, your work will include:
