Lets Recruit Limited is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor for Middlesbrough or Redcar. You will own your varied caseload across wills, probate, trusts, and Court of Protection, advising clients with practical, commercially aware guidance.

The role offers exposure to HNW and farming clients, with potential to develop a mixed contentious and non-contentious probate caseload and contribute to business development.

Formación

• 3+ years' PQE in private client law.
• Experience managing your own varied caseload across private client matters.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
• STEP Diploma would be advantageous.
• Experience with high-net-worth or farming clients desirable.

Private Client Solicitor - Middlesbrough / Redcar - Competitive Salary + Bonus

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work, build long-term client relationships and have genuine scope to develop your career?

We’re looking for a solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE to join a growing Private Client team in Middlesbrough or Redcar. You'll join an established department with a loyal client base and a varied caseload, offering plenty of opportunity to develop your expertise and make your mark.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing your own varied caseload across wills, probate, powers of attorney, trusts and Court of Protection applications
• Advising clients on a range of private client matters, providing clear, practical and commercially aware advice
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and delivering a consistently high standard of client care
• Working with high-net-worth individuals, farming clients and estate planning matters, where your experience allows
• Having the opportunity to develop a mixed contentious and non-contentious probate caseload if you have the relevant experience and are interested in doing so
• Contributing to the continued growth of the department through business development and networking activities
• Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking responsibility for your own files and workload

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• A qualified Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE
• Solid experience managing your own caseload across a broad range of private client matters
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
• STEP Diploma would be advantageous
• Experience with HNW clients, estate planning or agricultural/farming clients would be desirable
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Self-motivated, organised and confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Commercially minded and willing to get involved in business development
