The Opportunity

You will manage a varied caseload of private client work and play a key role in delivering trusted advice to a loyal client base.

Responsibilities will include:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and advice
• Trust creation and administration
• Complex estate administrationsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering practical, compassionate and commercially minded advice

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Have between 3 and 10 years' experience handling private client matters
• Possess strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate administration and inheritance tax matters
• Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills
• Have a professional, empathetic and personable approach
• Be organised, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities effectively
