About the Firm/Role:

CRA Consulting are working with a long-standing and well-established law firm that offers a wide range of legal services to businesses and individuals across multiple offices throughout the Nottinghamshire region. We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join the team at the firm's Newark office.

You will be joining a knowledgeable and supportive team, handling a varied caseload of private client matters and providing a high-quality service to a broad range of clients. The role is ideally suited to someone who is confident managing their own caseload and looking to develop their career within an established and friendly private client team. The caseload includes Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Estate Administration, with the opportunity to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

About You:

• Proven experience handling a varied private client caseload independently
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Private Client Fee Earner
• Strong knowledge and experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
• Experience with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust matters would be advantageous
• Ability to manage your own caseload effectively with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational, administration and IT skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated team
• A proactive and professional approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality service to clients
