JAM Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a long-established regional law firm in Greater Manchester to recruit a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor specialising in wills, probate and estate administration.
You will manage a caseload under supervision, meeting clients at the office or at their homes, and progress probate applications while ensuring clear legal guidance and strong client relationships.
This is a permanent Private Client Solicitor role based in Greater Manchester, offering a salary between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum depending on experience. The position is suited to a Newly Qualified Solicitor eager to specialise in wills, probate, and estate administration.
You will manage your own caseload under supervision, advising clients on lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, and estate planning. Your responsibilities include meeting with clients at the office and at their homes or care settings, preparing legal documentation, submitting applications to the probate registry, and managing matters through to completion. Full‑time working is expected, with a focus on delivering clear legal guidance and building long‑term client relationships.
Applications are sought from Newly Qualified Solicitors with experience gained within a private client or wills and probate department. Candidates should possess a sound understanding of wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration together with excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.
