Job summary

My client in Ormskirk is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. You will handle your own caseload of high-quality private client matters from inception to completion, with a focus on wills, estate planning and administration.

The successful candidate will bring a practical, commercial mindset, strong communication skills and a desire to become their client’s trusted advisor. 3+ years PQE preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling own private client caseload from inception to completion.
• Excellent drafting skills for wills and estate planning.
• Estate administration experience and LPA preparation.
• Knowledge of contentious probate matters is a plus.
• Ability to take instructions and work independently within a team.
• Minimum 3 years PQE.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of private client matters end-to-end.
• Draft complex wills and estate planning documents.
• Oversee estate administration and related tasks.
• Take instructions and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney for health and property.
• Assist with contentious probate matters as needed.

My client is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Ormskirk. This full-time role will be varied and challenging, where you will work on your own caseload of quality private client matters. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with all aspects of the matter from inception through to completion.
