Private Client Associate Solicitor

TSR Legal is currently working with an established and well-respected law firm that is looking to appoint a Private Client Associate Solicitor to its Birmingham team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who is looking for more than simply managing a caseload. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced senior lawyers, advise a quality client base and become involved in the continued development of a growing Private Client practice.

The Opportunity

You will handle a varied Private Client caseload, advising individuals, families and business owners across areas including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Wealth preservation and asset protection
• Supporting the development of existing and new client relationships

About You

The successful candidate is likely to be a UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 1years' Private Client experience, although applications from candidates with a strong background at a slightly different level will be considered.

You should have:

• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Private Client matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach
• The confidence to build and develop client relationships
