Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited in Bournemouth is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to handle Wills, Trusts and Estates for high-net-worth clients within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role is full-time and permanent with a remuneration package of £45,000-£65,000 DOE, and a hybrid working pattern (typically 4 days in office, 1 from home). 26 days' holiday + bank holidays, pension and death-in-service cover, plus ongoing training and development support.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 2-6 PQE (preferred).
• Strong grounding in Wills, Probate and Trusts.
• Keen to develop expertise in estate and tax planning.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of Private Client work including Wills, Trusts, Probate, LPA and Estate planning.
• Gain exposure to tax and more complex estate planning matters.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of Private Client work, including:
