The Role

Depending on your level of experience, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload across core private client areas, including Wills, Tax Planning, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and elderly client matters
• For more senior candidates, take on a particular focus on Wills and estate planning for High Net Worth Individuals, business owners and clients with multi jurisdictional assets or domicile complexities
• Deliver consistently excellent client care, building a reputation that speaks for itself
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team, sharing knowledge and helping others grow
• For senior hires, draw on an established client and referral network in London to support the firm's business development and growing presence in the capital
• Take a commercially minded, practical approach to your work

About You

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with either 3+ or 10+ years' PQE in private client work
• Experienced across the core areas of Wills, Tax Planning, Probate, Trusts, LPAs and elderly client matters
• For senior candidates, someone with an established profile and client following in London and the surrounding regions, along with a proven track record in business development
• A confident communicator with a commitment to outstanding client service
• A strong team player who also thrives working independently
• Commercially astute, with a practical, solutions focused mindset
