Job summary

Puro Associates is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Oldham. You will manage your own Private Client caseload, handling wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate planning, with a focus on delivering client-centred service.

Hybrid working may be available. The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with experience in private client matters, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with Private Client experience.
• Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
• Experience handling own Private Client caseload.
• Good knowledge of LPAs and Trusts.
• Strong communication and client-care skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage own Private Client caseload from instruction to completion.
• Deal directly with clients and progress matters efficiently.
• Advise executors, trustees and beneficiaries on Wills, Probate and trusts.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, dealing directly with clients and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with previous Private Client experience and a strong understanding of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
