Private Client Solicitor / Associate

A highly regarded and well-established law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join its growing Private Wealth team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative practice with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service.

The team advises a loyal client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and trustees, offering exposure to a broad range of high-quality private client matters.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload, advising on:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Wealth preservation and lifetime gifting

You will have the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and work closely with experienced colleagues on more complex matters.

About You

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience handling private client matters and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience managing a private client caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commercial, proactive and personable approach
• STEP qualification, or an interest in working towards it, would be advantageous but is not essential
